About the Opportunity

Central Bank of India, a leading public sector bank, is inviting applications for Credit Officers through a Post Graduate Diploma in Banking & Finance (PGDBF) program. Selected candidates will undergo a one-year training program before induction as Assistant Managers in the bank.

Eligibility Criteria

• Age: 20 to 30 years (as of 30.11.2024) (Relaxation as per Govt. norms)
• Educational Qualification: Graduation in any discipline with a minimum of 60% marks (55% for SC/ST/OBC/PWD) from a recognized university.

Selection Process

• Online Test (Objective & Descriptive)
• Personal Interview

Training & Placement

• 9 months of classroom training + 3 months of on-the-job training.
• Course fee: ₹3-4 lakhs (Loan facility available).
• Reimbursement: Course fee reimbursed after 5 years of service.

Salary & Benefits

• Pay Scale: ₹48,480 – ₹85,920
• Stipend during Training: ₹2,500/month (Classroom) & ₹10,000/month (On-the-job training)
